Returns & Exchanges

At Pacer Virtual Challenges, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your physical merchandise, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital entry codes and completed challenge medals are non-refundable once the event has been accessed or shipping has been initiated.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
