You can track your miles manually through our website dashboard or sync your favorite fitness apps and wearable devices to automatically update your progress.

When will I receive my finisher medal and shirt?

Rewards are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after you complete your challenge. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Can I participate in a challenge from anywhere in the world?

Yes! Our virtual challenges are global. You can run, walk, or cycle anywhere you choose, and we offer international shipping for all reward packages.

What happens if I cannot complete the challenge in the allotted time?
